The former commander of 33 Corps, Lt Gen PK Rath, implicated in the Sukhna scam, has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, not only asking the court to quash Court Martial proceedings against him, but also order the army to give effect to his appointment as Deputy Chief of Army Staff.
