We will need a Friendship treaty with the Russians again like in 1971 so we must bend to the Russains rather than concede any face to Chinese who already invaded us once. Its time to return the favour. The Navy chief must speak like a military man but he speaks like a Diplomat. If he is confused he should let other take the lead.
What is required is to engage all strengths to isolate China.
ELINT Reconnaisance is the key to combat the Chinese.
We will need a Friendship treaty with the Russians again like in 1971 so we must bend to the Russains rather than concede any face to Chinese who already invaded us once. Its time to return the favour.
